New Patients

Please plan on spending about 45 minutes to an hour with us on your first visit.  We want to make sure we get all the appropriate information and thoroughly examine you to best diagnose and treat your condition. 

Please check in so we can get you on your way to feeling better. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll complete your new patient paperwork, and we’ll copy any applicable insurance card(s).

As soon as we get your information entered in our electronic records system, we’ll take you back for a complete examination of your areas of complaint.

Once your exam is complete, we will discuss the findings with you, explain to you what everything means, and answer any questions you may have. Once we have explained your condition we’ll recommend to you what treatment options we feel are best for you, and help you make your decision.

If you are comfortable with the treatment options, and it is appropriate, we will offer treatment on the first visit.
